Returns 

Should there be any problems with your KrazyFlex customers have 15 calendar days to return from the date it is received.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received. Please be sure to provide the original packaging with the returned product.

Also, provide the receipt or proof of purchase upon returning the lock.

Refunds 

Once the returned product is received, the customer will be notified it has been received and inspected. Our customer will be notified of the status of refund upon the lock inspection.

Once a refund has been approved, we will initiate a refund to the customer credit card or original method of payment provided for the sale of the product.

A credit will be returned to the cardholder’s card within seven business days, depending on the cardholder’s policies.

Shipping 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for the returned product. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

The cost of return shipping will be deducted from refunds provided.
